Android

1. Open this page in Google Chrome.
2. Tap Install App above. If no install prompt appears, use Chrome’s ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen → Install (wording varies by device).
3. Open MCS Care from your Home Screen and sign in with your existing account.

iPhone / iPad

1. Open this page in Safari.
2. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen. You may need to open More or scroll through the Share actions.
3. If shown, enable Open as Web App, then tap Add.
4. Open MCS Care from your Home Screen and sign in.

After installation

Use your existing staff or family login. An internet connection is required to view and save live care records.

To receive phone notifications, open the installed app, sign in, then choose Notifications → Enable on this phone. Delivery also requires the server’s notification setup.
